I formed the concept of Ghidotti’s in an effort to revive my mother’s cooking traditions that I grew up with, and those we were able to resurrect from her youth. Some of the dishes on our menu are re-created from the childhood memories she has shared with me. It is our intent to bridge the gap between the traditions of Italian cooking and the metamorphosis the cuisine has undergone since the great immigration at the turn of the last century.
